FAQS

Clinical Room Hire,
Answered

Something not covered here? Our team will help you.

Is there a minimum term or lease?

No. Membership is monthly, gives you up to 50% discounts on sessions, and you can move between
plans as your practise grows.

What does the monthly membership include?

Practising privileges at P4 Clinic and the right to book the rooms and services in your tier at a discount, with
reception, cleaning, sterilisation, clinical waste, IT, insurance, governance and estates
management included.

How is room hire charged?

Plan holders book hourly, sessional or weekly fixed clinics and are invoiced monthly for the
sessions used, alongside the membership fee.

Do I invoice my own patients?

Yes. Clinicians and companies operate independently under their own regulatory governance,
indemnity and CQC registration where applicable, and invoice patients directly.

Can a company hold a plan for several clinicians?

Yes. Private medical companies, diagnostic providers and research organisations can hold a plan
covering multiple named practitioners, each onboarded and compliance-checked individually.
