
How many clinic room hours are included in each plan?

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of clinic room hours:

Practising Privileges: 30 hours per month

Practising Privileges Plus: 40 hours per month

Practising Privileges Premium: 50 hours per month

Included hours reset monthly and are subject to fair use and booking availability.

What happens if I need more hours than are included?

Additional clinic room hours and specialist room access can be booked at additional cost, subject to availability and the terms set out in your Service Schedule.
Are unused hours carried forward?
Unused hours are managed in accordance with the Service Schedule and are not guaranteed to roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Is branding or advertising included in the plans?

Yes.

Each plan includes basic branding and advertising support, aligned to the level of the plan. This may include internal visibility, listings, or approved promotional opportunities.

Enhanced marketing, advertising and PR services are available under separate written agreements.
Does branding or advertising guarantee patient numbers?

No.

P4 Clinic does not guarantee patient volumes, revenue growth or conversion rates.

All marketing and advertising complies with ASA, CAP, GMC/GDC and CQC standards.
Are additional services included automatically?

Additional services (marketing campaigns, digital advertising, payroll, finance, call centre, etc.) require a signed Service Schedule
